For the Black Career Woman, the Career Center is provided as a service to our community. Employers can post their current job openings, for a fee, with the objective of attracting qualified candidates from our BCW audience. Job Seekers can browse the job postings, build and file their resumes, and submit their resumes online.

In the Career Center, the Job Seeker can create and save both a resume and a cover letter for use in applying to specific postings on this site. It is not necessary, however, to keep a resume on file in order to apply online to employers. To create and file your resume and optional cover letter, register here. You can modify these at any time.

Summer special on Job Postings! Postings are discounted to $50 each.
Employers can easily post current employment opportunities to the BCW Career Center. The first step is to Register for a job posting account, which takes only a few moments. Then, begin posting your jobs. The standard fee for a 45 day posting is $100. There is a "Job Cart" process to handle your payments and all jobs are reviewed prior to online activation.
